# Basic Reality

> Basic Reality is a Telegram Mini App on the TON blockchain where you claim a real 20x20 metre square of Earth as an NFT and earn TON from it — rent when someone mints near you, a daily share of a community pool, and referral income. Live now: 283 squares claimed by 52 owners across 39 countries, 86.31 TON already paid out to players as rent.

Basic Reality divides the whole planet into 20x20 metre squares. Each square can be owned by
exactly one person, minted as a real TEP-62 NFT on TON via GetGems. It is playable entirely
inside Telegram — no separate app, no seed phrase needed to start.

Ways a player earns real TON:
- Rent: 35% of every paid mint is split immediately between nearby square owners. Rarer land takes a bigger share and reaches further (150-400 m).
- Daily yield: 10% of every paid mint goes into a community pool; 10% of that pool is shared daily among all landowners in proportion to their land value.
- Referrals: you earn 5% of everything the people you invite ever earn, plus 3% from their invitees. It is a skim of real earnings, never printed tokens.
- Resale: list your square on the in-app market or GetGems at your own price.

Rarity and price are decided by the real world: next to a famous landmark = Legendary (3 TON),
capital city = Epic (2 TON), big city = Rare (1.5 TON), any city = Uncommon, everywhere else =
Common (1.1 TON). Withdrawals are in real TON to your own wallet, from 1 TON, and payouts up to
4 TON are sent automatically.

There is also a second mode ("Server 2") where you post your own photo as an NFT on an
independent map, with the same rent, referral and payout economy.
